The weekend of Easter is filled with important events in the life of Jesus which convey a good deal of meaning to those who call themselves Chrisitans.  There are a number of ways in which those events can be commemorated and our God worshipped.  As mentioned in previous articles the Diocese of Algoma has provided some resources for worship which are available through the Diocesan web-page. In addition the Facebook page "Diocese of Algoma - Shaped by a living hope" will be used to live-stream some services from St. Luke's Cathedral in Sault Ste. Marie. (3 pm on Friday, 9 am on Sunday)  This is a way for us to "share in the gathering work of Christ" and hear the Good Friday and Easter messages from the Archbishop.  Attached to this article is my modest offering of a meditation on the Easter story if you wish to use it instead.  It is hoped that whichever way you choose to celebrate this most important part of the Christian year will bring you hope and a renewed sense of God at work in your life.
